Yes. Registration on otoWakacje.com is required in order to publish ads. A registered account makes it possible to manage ads. Personal and company details submitted during registration are well protected and never disclosed to unauthorised persons.
To do this, choose the Settings tab after logging in. Click on Apply after making the changes.
Select the Register tab on the main page of the platform. In order to register, you need to fill out the form correctly. It is required to provide details in the fields marked with asterisks. After you correctly fill out the form, a message containing the activation link will be sent to your e-mail address. After the activation is confirmed, your account will become fully active.
It is possible to log in to otoWakacje using your e-mail address and password specified during registration.
If you do not remember your password, choose the Log in tab and click on Retrieve password. Enter the e-mail address (assigned to your otoWakacje account) and click on Confirm. We will send you an e-mail with a link to the page where you will be able to enter and confirm your new password.

In order to delete ads, click on Inactive in My ads. Select the ads you want to delete and click on Delete.
Catering ads is a new category of ads connected with the travel industry. These ads cover different catering premises. Ads from this category are automatically attached to travel ads in the Where to eat tab. When browsing these, users can search catering premises located nearby – within 1, 5, 10, 20 km. Catering ads are not presented on Allegro.
You can attach up to 10 photos to each ad. The first photo is at the same time a thumbnail appearing next to the title of the ad on the listing. You can change the order of photos when editing the ad, using the up and down arrows.
The size of each photo cannot exceed 2MB. You may use the following formats: png, jpg and gif.
• for private accounts – you can request an invoice within 7 days in Bills > Unissued invoices by clicking on Issue. If you select the Statement invoices field, an invoice will be sent each month to the address provided in Settings.
• for company accounts – after a billing month, an invoice will be sent to the address provided in Settings.
VAT invoices are issued after the payment is made and recorded on the company’s account.
If you do not receive invoices automatically, you can request them within 7 days of recording the payment for a service (ad activation, subdomain activation, promotion options). Afterwards it is impossible to issue an invoice.
In order to generate an invoice, you need to log in and enter the following tab: Bills > Invoices > Non-issued invoices. Select an entry and click on Issue. After the invoice is generated, it will be sent to you by traditional mail.
If you have an account on otoWakacje, you will be able to print invoices from PDF files. You will find them in My otoWakacje, after selecting Bills and then Paid invoices.You can also contact us. In order to do this, click on Next, enter the question/request and click on Submit. You will receive a copy of the invoice by mail.
If you have a company account, each month you will receive a statement invoice for selected promotion options. If you request an invoice to be issued for one service in a particular billing month, the statement invoice will not be generated.
You can request an invoice within 7 days in Bills > Unissued invoices by clicking on Issue. If you select the Statement invoices field, an invoice will be sent each month to the address provided in Settings.
You can pay via online transfers (mTRANSFER, Płacę z Inteligo, MultiTransfer, BZWBK - Przelew24, Płacę z Nordea, Płacę z BPH, Płacę z ING, Płacę z iPKO, Pekao24Przelew, LUKAS e-przelew), a credit card or a bank transfer.
In order to buy promotion options for an active ad, go to the Active tab. Select the ad you want to promote and click on Extend/Promote. You will be redirected to the payment form.
The order of displaying promoted ads on the listing depends on the order of adding/setting them as promoted.
It is possible to buy promotion options of placing ads on the main page or on top of the list or highlighting them for 14 days. After the expiry of this term, a promoted ad will be displayed as a standard ad in the category where it was listed. There is a possibility of buying the option of 1 day on the main page – large photo. Thumbnail enlargement and video presentation are options that can be activated for an ad at any time.
A user may also buy a promotion option again for an ad that has already been listed. For this purpose, it is required to select an ad in the Active tab and click on Extend/Promote. As a result of paying for promotion options, the ad is extended by the indicated time.
There are 6 promotion options for ads listed on otoWakacje.
The first one includes promoting an ad on the main page of the site. Ads are displayed in a promotion box on a rotation basis, alternatively with other ads for which this promotion option was bought. Each ad is displayed for the same period of time. otoWakacje is not able to guarantee how many times a promoted ad will be shown on the main page; it depends on the number of promotion options bought within this time.
The second option is promoting an ad on top of the list. Offers with an active promotion are displayed on top of search results on the listing. The order of showing promoted ads depends on the order of activating this option.
The third option is showing an ad on the main page of the site for 1 day with a large photo. Ads will appear on the main page on a rotation basis. Photos displayed there have the size of 300x225 px and the main photo is loaded by default; if a photo from the gallery is of a different size, it is resized automatically. A title, price and location are presented in the footer.
The next promotion option is highlighting an ad. Ads for which this promotion option has been bought are marked with a different color on the listing.
You can also enlarge the main photo’s thumbnail and add a video presentation. Apart from a standard photo gallery, you may also add a link to a video loaded to YouTube. The options are active during the period the ad is shown on the site.
It is also possible to activate all promotion options at the same time.
The weather is visible for all ads with the travel offer relating to Poland. The weather data is determined for the district town. After clicking on the city name being alink, a window with a forecast for the next 2 days is opened.
In international ads the weather will be visible only for some countries. This is due to technical limitations on our partner’s side.
When filling out the ad publication form, each advertiser can select an option to grant a discount to customers referring to otoWakacje.com. Ads with discounts are specially marked on the listing, which makes them more attractive. The type and amount of discount is agreed with the advertiser. Usually it is a lowered price of a service, free breakfast, free optional trip, etc. The details of the discount are agreed between the interested parties. Due to the discount program, the advertiser knows how popular his offer is and he can manage his ads more efficiently.
